Subject to your ongoing and continuous compliance with these License Terms, including the requirements of Attribution (as defined below), Ahrefs grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to access the DR APIs and to use, display, publish or integrate DR Data into or within your products and services.

Licensee shall not (a) re-package, sell or distribute DR Data in its original form or as a product or service that substitutes or competes with any products or services of Ahrefs; (b) scrape, search, crawl, extract or harvest DR Data in bulk or systematically in order to compile, reconstruct or train a dataset, index, product or service that competes with any products and services of Ahrefs; and (c) attempt to circumvent or bypass any functionalities, restrictions, limits or access features of Domain Rating as reasonable or as may be imposed by Ahrefs from time to time.

DR APIs and DR Data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations, warranties, guarantees or conditions of any kind. Ahrefs expressly disclaims any and all warranties in connection herewith, whether statutory, express or implied, oral or written, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, currency, condition, security, value, quality, non-infringement, non-interference, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or that your use of DR APIs will achieve any intended result, be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that DR APIs are compatible with any other software or system or service or that we will rectify any errors or defects. Ahrefs may impose, vary or enforce rate limits, or throttle, suspend, limit or block access or may modify, restrict, or withdraw DR APIs in whole or in part at any time and without notice. Any and all use of or reliance on DR APIs and DR Data is at Licensee’s own risk.

Ahrefs retains sole ownership of all intellectual property rights in DR APIs and DR Data. These License Terms permit use of the “Ahrefs” brand solely for the Attribution as required under these License Terms and nothing in these License Terms shall grant Licensee any other rights, title or interest. For the avoidance of doubt, the Attribution does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship between Ahrefs and Licensee.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Ahrefs shall not, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, be liable for any loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of products or services, cost of capital, financial losses, loss of business opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of contract, failure to meet contractual commitments or deadlines, downtime costs, increased expense of operation, loss of or corruption of any data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential losses or damages of any kind whatsoever, whether it be arising from these License Terms, your use or inability to use the DR APIs or the DR Data, and/or the combination of the DR APIs and/or the DR Data with any other third party services, systems or networks. In any event, Licensee agrees that the total aggregate liability of Ahrefs under these License Terms is limited to SGD 100.

These License Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
