Any discounts for bulk or early purchases?
Yes, we offer a 5% group discount for purchases of 5 or more tickets (capped at 10 tickets per purchase). The discount will automatically apply if you select between 5 – 10 tickets.We also have an early bird discount available until August 1st. Get your tickets early!What is the refund policy if I am unable to attend?
There will be no refunds, but we know things happen last minute – you’ll be able to transfer your tickets to someone else up until 14 Oct (Mon). Keep in mind that name badges and meals are prepared in advance and may not be able to be changed. Please notify us [email protected] ASAP with details.
Do I need a visa to attend the event?
You can check if your nationality requires a visa on the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website. No, in-person tickets won't be available.

You can check our agenda for networking time slots. There will also be an event app where you can connect with others before the conference begins.
What's the dress code?
Singapore's tropical weather keeps us guessing—it can be sunny one minute and rainy the next. We recommend dressing for both scenarios! Our conference venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, so removable layers are a good idea. Opt for business casual or whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to adapt.
