We're looking for

You will be providing support to customers of Ahrefs.com (one of the leading SEO/marketing platforms) and guiding them towards pure marketing excellence.

We succeed when our customers succeed, so we're convinced that this "Customer Support / Customer Success" role is largely important.

If you love marketing and you love helping people make the most of their websites - you're going to enjoy this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer pre-sale questions of prospective customers (chat + email);
  • Answer questions of existing customers (chat + email);
  • Troubleshoot bugs/issues and report them to our development team;
  • Offer your unique insights to our marketing and product strategy teams (as to what can be done to make our platform better to our users);

Responsibilities 2.0:

  • Improve and enlarge our Help section: http://help.ahrefs.com/
  • Create all sorts of learning materials for our customers (articles, ebooks, videos, webinars)

Personal growth:

  • We encourage you to read/learn materials from our blog (https://ahrefs.com/blog/) as well as any other SEO/marketing blog, that is covering similar subjects;
  • We will provide you with any books/courses on the subject of online marketing, to help you become better at it.

We run an internet-scale bot that crawls the whole Web 24/7, storing huge volumes of information to be indexed and structured in a timely fashion. On top of that we're building various analytical services for our customers to play with all this data.
