The best way to know what and how to improve is to ask people who\u2019ve attended your&nbsp;event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it\u2019s impractical to ask everyone in person for feedback (unless it\u2019s a tiny event). So, a survey is the best tool for discovering what worked, what didn\u2019t, and what you can tweak next time around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-185171-_ubhyyzecppx0\"><\/a>When should you send the post-event survey?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019d want to send the survey when the event is still fresh in everyone\u2019s minds. For us, we sent the surveys right after the event&nbsp;ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"post-185171-_8wqg9ab7h4yr\"><\/a>How do I conduct the post-event survey?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t overthink this. All you need&nbsp;are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Your attendees\u2019 contact information<\/strong>, which you should have if you\u2019re using a event management software to help with ticket purchases and registrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A survey tool<\/strong>. If the event software you\u2019re using allows for polls and surveys, then consider using that.
