And in my opinion, there are some that can help increase the efficiency of your <a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/blog\/seo-copywriting\/\">copywriting<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But before we get to the list, I want to confirm that you shouldn\u2019t rely on these tools&nbsp;100%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although their output may often seem impressive, concerns have been raised about AI tools because AI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can provide inaccurate or generic content, particularly when it comes to technical writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can plagiarize.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isn\u2019t the best at SEO optimization despite claiming to be, so you\u2019ll still need to use <a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/blog\/seo-writing-tools\/\">SEO writing tools<\/a> like Ahrefs\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/keywords-explorer\">Keywords Explorer<\/a> to understand the search landscape and target your content properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can be subject to hallucination. Sometimes, the tools will make things up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can have a political bias. It\u2019s popular for a reason, i.e., good at providing answers to questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although it\u2019s not a dedicated AI copywriting tool, ChatGPT introduced many people outside of SEO to AI copywriting and was more accessible than Open AI\u2019s GPT Playground or the GPT-4&nbsp;API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use cases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With caution, you can use ChatGPT for the following copywriting tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rephrasing content to get different perspectives, tones of voice, or inspiration&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summarizing content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expanding and improving poor-performing content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating draft outlines for articles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating call-to-action copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating ad&nbsp;copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating social media&nbsp;copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing meta descriptions, title tags, and drafts of basic website copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coming up with straplines, slogans, or company names<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Output examples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I asked ChatGPT to come up with some ideas for <a href=\"https:\/\/ahrefs.com\/blog\/what-does-an-seo-agency-do\/\">SEO agency<\/a> names. I was fairly happy with the output. But in my opinion, it\u2019s reasonably competitive with ChatGPT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like ChatGPT, Google is transparent about Bard being an experiment and that it gets things wrong. You\u2019ll need to know the shortcomings of the tools you\u2019re using to increase your copywriting efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blindly publishing content from these tools is risky. But if used prudently, AI copywriting can help you scale your content production.
