Manually mark up your event&nbsp;page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t use WordPress or cannot use a plugin or third-party solution, the third option is to manually mark up your event page with <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/search\/docs\/appearance\/structured-data\/event#standard-event\">event schema<\/a>. This is the most simple way to do&nbsp;it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create your event page and publish it<\/li><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/webmasters\/data-highlighter\/\">Google Data Highlighter<\/a><\/li><li>Make sure you\u2019re logged in to Google Search Console<\/li><li>Select your&nbsp;site<\/li><li>Press \u201cStart Highlighting\u201d<\/li><li>Enter your event&nbsp;URL<\/li><li>Select \u201cEvents\u201d from the dropdown<\/li><li>Choose \u201cTag this page and others like it\u201d or \u201cTag just this page,\u201d and then press \u201cOK\u201d<\/li><li>Highlight the event name and select the name&nbsp;field<\/li><li>Highlight the time, location, and other information
