This affects metrics like traffic and traffic values for your entire report. In general, you can use monthly volume to monitor seasonal search trends and popular topics, and use average volume to troubleshoot traffic drops.<\/li>\n<li><b>Country selector<\/b>: use the second filter to see data for a specific country. By default, it\u2019s set to \u201cAll countries\u201d and shows you estimated global traffic metrics for your target.<\/li>\n<li><b>Changes calendar<\/b>: use this to see how metrics have changed over different time periods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>New history chart<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>So much love for this from the team. We think that this is the star of the release&nbsp;\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Previously in the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.ahrefs.com\/site-explorer\/overview\/v2\/subdomains\/live?target=ahrefs.com\">old Overview report<\/a>, we didn\u2019t show estimated paid traffic to your target. That\u2019s now been added to Overview 2.0. Previously, these modes showed data for the last day of each time period instead of the average which we\u2019re using&nbsp;now.<\/p>\n<h4><b>SERP titles toggle in Top pages 2.0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Google recently introduced a new system of rewriting titles for pages in the SERP. Wordstream had their title shown in the SERP change from \u201cFree Keyword Tool\u201d to \u201cLearn More About The FREE Keyword Tool.\u201d Unsurprisingly, this made their CTR drop by&nbsp;37%.<\/p>\n<p>Since people were wondering how their pages were affected, we came up with a new <b>titles<\/b><strong> toggle&nbsp;<\/strong>in <a href=\"https:\/\/app.ahrefs.com\/v2-site-explorer\/top-pages\/subdomains?country=all&amp;target=ahrefs.com\">Top pages 2.0<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Just turn this on to see changes in page titles that are shown in the SERP. That limit\u2019s now been removed, so anyone on a Lite plan can now see <b>all top 100 keyword positions<\/b>. General<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h4><b>Keyword database update<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>This month, we:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Added <strong>299M<\/strong> new keywords in 91 countries<\/li>\n<li>Added <strong>57M<\/strong> new keywords in the US&nbsp;alone<\/li>\n<li>Search volumes now available until <strong>July 2021<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We managed to reverse-engineer many broad matches used by Google, making our volume much more accurate than before. If you noticed increases in search traffic estimations recently, it\u2019s likely because of&nbsp;this.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Tool URL changes<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>We recently moved all Ahrefs tools to app.ahrefs.com.
